Return and Exchange Policy
🔄 Exchange Process – Trending Bazar
Step 1 – Contact Us
Call 0336-0376131 or email trendingbazaroffcial@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
Step 2 – Eligibility Check
Exchange is allowed if:
- Wrong size received
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Product is not damaged by the customer
Step 3 – Rider Pickup
Our rider will be sent to collect the product from your location for exchange.
Step 4 – Delivery Charges
Customer will pay Rs. 350 (pickup + re-delivery charges).
Step 5 – New Product Delivery
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Step 2 – Eligibility Check
Refund is allowed if:
- Product is damaged on arrival
- Wrong product is received
- Product is unused and in original condition
Step 3 – Send Product Back
Customer must ship the product back to our address in original packaging.
Step 4 – Inspection
Our team will inspect the returned product to verify eligibility.
Step 5 – Refund Issued
- Refund will be processed via the original payment method
- Rs. 250 delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount
